Mr. Xue was joined in the Company as Director of Corporate Development in May 2010. Mr. Xue was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in September 2010. He also became an Executive Director of the Company in September 2010.
Mr. Xue is responsible for the management and operations of the Group. In addition, he is also responsible for supervising new corporate projects, business development, and corporate strategy planning, and directing and participating in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.
Mr. Yu joined the Company as an Executive Director in January 2009.
Mr. Yu is responsible for the Group's exploration of new businesses. Mr. Yu also assists in the further development of our business in China.
Mr. Koh Poh Beng has been appointed as Group Financial Controller since Jan 2010.
Mr. Koh has more than 14 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Prior to Mr. Koh's present appointment, he was the financial controller of a Fraser and Neave joint venture company in PRC. Mr. Koh he had been with Fraser & Neave Group Ltd since 2001, taking up various executive and managerial positions in Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning functions.
Mr. Koh, a CPA, Mr. Koh is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Singapore). He holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree with Honours from the Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Science (Applied Finance) degree from the National University of Singapore.
Mr. Yeo joined the Group in 1994 and oversees the Group's waterproofing business. He sits on the Boards of various subsidiaries of the Company.
Mr. Yeo has about 26 years of experience in the installation operations of the waterproofing business.
Mr. Yeo is a member of the Marketing Institute of Singapore. He holds a Technician Diploma in Building from Singapore Polytechnic, a Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Sales & Marketing from Marketing Institute of Singapore.
Mr. Kim joined the Group in 1996. Mr. Kim is currently the General Manager of Shanghai Hitchins Da Sheng Waterproofing Materials Co., Ltd, responsible for the Group's manufacturing and marketing operations in China.
Mr. Kim is also the Executive Director of the Company and sits on the Boards of various subsidiaries of the Company.
Mr. Ng joined the Group in 1989 and he sits on the Boards of various subsidiaries of the Company.
With 26 years of commercial experience, Mr. Ng is responsible for the Group's waterproofing operations in Malaysia.
Mr. Ng has a Master (Honours) in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He also holds a Diploma from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Graduate Diploma from The Institute of Commercial Management in United Kingdom.
